Green salad
Recipe serves 4
Preparation time: 30min

240 grams edamame (soy beans) with shell, deep-frozen
1 avocado, cut in dices
1 cucumber, cut in dices
1 pear, with peal cut in dices
1 spring onion, sliced into rings
1 bunch basil, cut in stripes
3 table spoons of pistachio nut, chopped
2 table spoons lime juice
4 table spoons olive oil
salt and pepper

Cook edamame five minutes until soft. Drain and shock in the ice bath. Take the beans from the shell and mix with the other ingredients.
