4 red Apples
8 table spoons lemon juice
2 handfull mixed salad leaves
100g goat cheese, sliced
300ml olive oil
2 tea spoons honey
1 table spoon dark balsamico
salt and pepper
Cut apples into thin slices and sprinkle with 6 table spoons of lemon juice.
Arrange apple slices, salad and goat cheese in layers.
Mix olive oil, leftover lemon juice, honey and balsamico and season with salt and pepper. Springkle apple towers with the vinaigrette.
