8 figs
2 table spoons honey
1 table spoon cane sugar
zest and juice of ½ orange
zest and juice of ½ lemon
2 table spoons unsalted butter
4 table spoons hazelnuts, chopped
4 table spoons mascarpone
Preheat oven to 180°C (circulating air).
Cut figs in halves and spread cut sides upwards on a baking tray.
In a pan heat up all other ingredients. Pour over figs and roast 15 minutes in the oven. Add hazelnuts and roast another 8 minutes. Let cool down.
Arrange mascaprone on the figs and sprinkle with roasted hazelnuts.
