4 peperoni
salt and pepper
4 table spoons olive oil
filling:
3 slices of dry bread, cut in cubes
250g cherry tomatoes
2 mozzarella, cut in cubes
2 spring onions, cut in rings
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 bunch of basil, in stripes
1 tea spoon chili flakes
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 170°C (circulating air).
Cut peperonis in halves and remove seeds. Place on a baking try, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with olive oil.
Filling: Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
Spread the filling on the peperoni and bake 50 minutes in the oven.
