Recipe serves 4

Dough:
500 g white flour
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon sugar
25 g yeast
300 ml water

2 cups sour cream (360 g)
1 small pumpkin, cut in thin slices
1 onion, cut in stripes
2 apples, cut in wedges
400 g porcini mushrooms, cut in slices
Salt and pepper

Dough:
Knead all ingredients for 10 minutes. Set the dough aside and cover with a moist towel. Let it rise for 45 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 230°C.

Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces, shape into balls, roll them out very thinly and put them on a baking tray with baking paper.

Spread the sour cream on the dough, add the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes.
