75g milk
75g water
½ tea spoon sugar
10g fresh yeast
250g white flour
1 tea spoon salt
5 table spoons dried flowers
2 table spoons water
fleur de sel
Mix milk, water, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Add flour and knead 6 minutes into a dough. Add salt and knead another 6 minutes.
Knead dried flowers into the dough. Cover it and leave to rise 1 hour.
Divide dough into 20 pieces and roll out into grissini. Place on a with baking paper lined baking tray. Leave for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Brush grissini with soem water and scatter with fleur de sel. Bake 10 minutes. Stick a wooden spoon between oven and door and bake for another 6-8 minutes until golden.
Tip: Dried flowers are available in tea shops.
