4 apples
100g cane sugar
50g thickened pear juice
50ml apple juice
½ tea spoon lemon juice
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Peel and dice apples. Mix with cane sugar and caramelize 20 minutes in the oven.
Mix with the other ingredients and blend. Let cool down.
Tip: Perfect with a fine selection of cheeses.
