2 kohlrabi
1 apple
zest and juice of 1 lime
½ tea spoon chili flakes
4 table spoons olive oil
¼ bunch of parsley, chopped
sea salt
Peel kohlrabi, cut into fine strips (julienne) and place in a bowl filled with ice water.
Peel apple, cut into fine strips and marinate with the leftover ingredients.
Drain kohlrabi and mix with the apple.
