Chocolate cream:
250ml milk
1 vanilla pod
3 orange zest pieces
2 egg yolks
15g corn starch
25g sugar
50g dark chocolate (70%), melted
Mascarpone cream:
250g mascarpone cheese
25g icing sugar
2 egg whites
2 table spoons Grand Marnier
juice of 1 orange
8 lady fingers
8 table spoons orange marmalade

Chocolate cream:
In a bowl mix egg yolk, corn starch, sugar and 2 table spoons milk. In a pan bring milk, vanilla pod and orange zest pieces to the boil and add it to the bowl. Mix well, add back into the pan and cook 1 minute. Add melted chocolate. Through a sieve pour cream back into the bowl. Cover with cling foil and let cool down.
Mascarpone cream:
In a bowl whisk mascarpone slightly. Mix egg whites and icing sugar and whip until stiff. Fold it into the mascarpone.
Mix Grand Marnier and orange juice. Quarter lady fingers, soak in the juice and fill half of them into glasses. Top lady fingers with chocolate cream. Alternately add orange marmalade, mascarpone cream and lady fingers. Sprinkle with chocolate slivers.
