Dressing:
4 table spoons fish sauce
4 table spoons cane sugar
1 table spoon dried, crushed chilli
juice of 2 limes
1 clove of garlic, chopped
8 table spoons roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
2 table spoons soy sauce
½ bunch of fresh mint, chopped
½ bunch of basil, chopped
1 small watermelon
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
Cut melon in cubes and mix with the dressing.
Instead of basil you can also use thai basil, instead of dried chilli you can use chilli pepper.
