5 table spoons beer
3 table spoons sunflower oil
1 table spoon sesame oil
1 table spoon soy sauce
1 tea spoon coarse mustard
1 table spoon cane sugar
½ tea spoon cayenne pepper
zest of ½ orange
1 sprig of rosemary, picked and chopped
salt and pepper
150g puffed amarant
40g oat flakes
35g sunflower seeds
50g pumpkin seeds
50g hazelnuts, roughly chopped
50g almonds, roughly chopped
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Mix beer, sunflower oil, sesame oil, soy sauce and coarse mustard. Add cane sugar, cayenne pepper, orange zest and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.
Add remaining ingredients and mix. Spread on a baking tray with baking paper and roast in the oven for 15 minutes. Stir granola and roast for another 15 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool down.
