Chocolate granola with cherries and greek yogurt
Chocolate granola with cherries and greek yogurt
Recipe serves 8
Preparation time: 30min

Chocolate granola:
50g coconut oil
100g maple syrup

200g oat flakes
100g almonds
100g pecan nuts
30g cane sugar
½ tea spoon sea salt
15g cocoa powder

200g cherries
1 table spoon cane sugar

500g greek yogurt

Preheat oven to 150°C.

Heat up coconut oil and maple syrup in a pan. Add the leftover ingredients and mix.

Spread granola on a baking sheet with baking paper and roast 15 minutes in the oven. Put a spoon between oven and door to allow steam to escape and the granola gets cripsy. Stir granola and roast for another 15 minutes. Let it cool down in the oven.

Wash and stone the cherries and marinate in cane sugar.

Arrange cherries, yogurt and chocolate granola in bowls.
